With over 30 years’ experience as legal adviser of choice to senior executives in diverse businesses in Europe and Africa, Stephen has a strong legal practitioner’s background in Capital Markets, Corporate, Corporate Insolvency, Energy (oil & gas), Professional Negligence and Dispute Resolution within Sub Saharan Africa and Europe. He has been sought after by international companies working in Nigeria (Cargill Inc., Carl Bro International AS and General Motors Inc.). Stephen served as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary to Cargill within Nigeria.

Stephen is a dual qualified Solicitor in England & Wales as well as being a Barrister at Law, Nigeria. He led a team of twelve lawyers including eight Solicitors in the City of London for 10 years where he was Senior Partner of a niche corporate and commercial practice.
Stephen is a keen cyclist, chess, and squash player, and a lay-minister.
