VITA VERITAS LLP is a niche law firm offering full business and commercial law services across Nigeria with international correspondence member firms. Our services cut across legal advisory, due diligence, claims handling, documentation and litigation.

The Firm evolved from a merger of Ebele Egbarin & Associates, and Stephen Isaacs Solicitors U.K., in January 2013. Our founding Members are Mr. Stephen Agbeyegbe and Mrs Ebele Irabor. Mrs Ayotola A. Ayodeji recently joined the firm as a Member.

Vita Veritas LLP handles transactions of all sizes including substantial volume work, but we are still able to retain a partner-led service. Our primary aim is to establish long-term relationships, based on a thorough understanding of our clients’ business aims.
